    How to make beef and pork cutlets in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It's better to make minced meat yourself. Use the ratio of pork to beef at your discretion. From the spices I took paprika, black pepper, suneli hops and nutmeg.

    Cut the crust off the loaf, cut or break it into slices, and cover with water. Leave for 5 minutes, then drain the water and squeeze the loaf thoroughly. If there is a lot of liquid left, the minced meat will spread and you will not be able to form a cutlet. Grind the soggy loaf with your hand or a fork into a homogeneous paste.

    Peel the onion, rinse and chop in a meat grinder or grate.

    To knead the minced meat, take a large, deep bowl with a rounded bottom. Place minced meat, loaf, onion, salt and spices into it. Wash the eggs with soap, dry them with a towel or napkin and break them into a bowl.

    Knead the minced meat for the cutlets thoroughly. If the minced meat is too dry and difficult to knead, add a little boiled cold water and continue kneading. It should turn out soft and tender, but not watery.

    Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. After wetting your hands in warm water, form the minced meat into cutlets. For one cutlet I took approximately 100 grams of cutlet mass. From the specified amount of products I got 16 cutlets. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the cutlets on it. You can lay them out almost tightly to each other, since during baking they will become smaller in size.

    Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes on top-bottom mode until golden brown. Select the exact time and temperature according to your oven. Once the cutlets are browned, remove them from the oven and remove from the baking sheet to prevent them from becoming dry.

I usually fry cutlets, but then I saw a recipe for cutlets that need to be baked! This is very unusual for me, but I decided to try it. I used minced pork for the cutlets. I didn’t add a loaf to it, but regular white bread. I chopped the onion on a grater. From the spices, I added paprika and ground black pepper. I covered a baking sheet with a frying pan, placed the cutlets on it and baked for about 45 minutes, until golden brown. Everyone at home really liked the cutlets. They turned out really tasty, and I also liked that you don’t have to stand at the stove and fry. I put them in the oven and wait until they are ready - very convenient. I'm adding the recipe to my stash!

Very tasty cutlets. I made it with just pork and was surprised that they were not at all fatty. I added the same seasonings as the author - I was absolutely satisfied)) My daughter said that these cutlets are the most delicious)
