We love bean soup, this time we made it with beef. I had homemade beef, but I had to cook it for about two hours to get the meat really soft and tender. I strained the broth and diluted it with boiling water, and then added the vegetables. I liked that the carrots and onions are used raw, this reduces the cooking time, and even though sometimes you want just such a soup, without frying) I had red beans, I soaked them for six hours, after which I boiled them for half an hour. My soup with beans and meat turned out beautiful, with a clear broth. I added a whole clove of garlic and a bay leaf 10 minutes before the end of cooking, and then removed it. I rarely add greens to the pan, usually directly to the plate if desired, but this time I added dill and the soup turned out much more aromatic than usual) In general, the whole family liked the soup, it’s tasty, a lot of healthy meat and tender vegetables.
