Today I made a quick and cool bean and corn salad with croutons. She made crackers from Borodino bread. I cut it into thin bars, placed it on a baking sheet, added a little salt, dried garlic and sunflower oil, mixed it and put it in the oven. I stirred occasionally. When the crackers were ready and cooled down, I added beans and corn to them. Seasoned with mayonnaise, added a little salt, stirred, added a little watercress and served.
