Bavarian sausages in the oven

STEP 1

How to bake Bavarian sausages in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees in advance.
STEP 2

Wash the cabbage, pour boiling water over it and boil together with the bay leaf for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3

Then remove the cabbage from the water, cool slightly, remove the stalk and cut the cabbage into 4 parts.
STEP 4

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Pour the mushrooms over the tomatoes in their own juice,

Place Bavarian sausages on top. Sausages can be pre-fried in a dry frying pan until golden brown and then placed in a mold.

Add cabbage to the sausages.

Drizzle olive oil over everything.
STEP 11
