Good afternoon! Today I prepared a liquid dough with kefir and sour cream to bake a pie with apples. It seemed to me that this is a universal dough and it can be used both for sweet pastries (adding sugar to the dough) and for pies with savory filling. I prepared everything necessary. I replaced the butter with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, took flour in equal proportions of the highest and 1st grade, mixed with soda and sifted. I mixed the egg with a whisk with 100 g of sugar, a pinch of salt and butter, then added kefir and flour. The result was a thick, homogeneous dough. I poured it into the mold and placed the apple slices on top, after heating them in a frying pan, because... my apples were hard. I baked them at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. The result was a beautiful golden-brown pie. The dough turned out to be quite dense compared to sponge charlotte, but nevertheless airy, soft and very tasty. I will definitely save it in my bookmarks, because . The dough is prepared very quickly and everyone loved the pie! Thank you very much for the recipe!
