  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Beat the egg with sugar and salt with a whisk. The amount of flour added will depend on the size of the egg. For selected or first category, up to 60 grams may be required, for the second - about 40. The mass of flour should be approximately equal to the mass of an egg. Flour should be added gradually to form a dough that flows from the whisk in one narrow ribbon. If there is more flour, the noodles will turn out hard. For a beautiful color, you can add turmeric powder.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour the dough into a bag. This can be a pastry bag or a regular plastic bag. But it will be more convenient if you take a thicker bag. The dough does not run away, but to be safe it is better to tie it.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour the broth into a wide container: a roasting pan or a high frying pan. It can be anything: vegetable, chicken or meat. You can use a ready-made broth base. You can take a little more liquid, as it will evaporate during cooking. Bring the broth to a boil.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

We cut off a corner of the bag to make a hole of about 2 millimeters and squeeze the dough into the boiling broth. The noodles immediately seize and drown. In the first seconds, the threads may stick together, so you need to squeeze it over the entire surface of the pan. As soon as the noodles float to the surface, you need to take them out and put them on a plate so that they do not overcook.
