    Grate the cheese on a medium grater. In addition to hard cheese, you can take any other cheese that melts well - semi-hard, soft, such as unbrined mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of good quality, natural, without vegetable fats.

    Also grate the butter. To make this easy, place it in the freezer for half an hour before cooking. Or, conversely, take it out in advance, soften it, and then do not grate it, but simply mash the butter with a fork along with other products. Also take butter without milk fat substitutes.

    Wash the greens, dry well and finely chop with a knife. I took dill and parsley, you can use others according to your taste.

    Place all filling ingredients in one bowl. Squeeze the peeled garlic cloves into it. I used a garlic press, but you can also grate the garlic or finely chop it with a knife. Mix the filling. If you find it a little dry, add a little mayonnaise. That's what I did.

    Make transverse cuts about 1 cm wide throughout the loaf. Do not cut it all the way through, the loaf should remain intact, opening up like an accordion.
