Banana cake in the oven

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make banana cake in the oven? Prepare your food. To make the cake soft and fluffy, they should be at room temperature, so remove the eggs, milk and butter from the refrigerator in advance. For baking, it is better to take slightly overripe bananas, then the cake will turn out more fragrant. In addition, these bananas are very sweet, so you can reduce the amount of sugar.
STEP 2

Beat soft butter with a mixer until fluffy and light. Do not beat for more than 3 minutes; the butter may begin to separate.
STEP 3

Continuing to beat, add some of the sugar, regular and vanilla, then pour in a little milk. Beat the mixture until smooth, continuing to add milk and sugar to the dough.
STEP 4

Wash, peel and mash the bananas. It is convenient to do this with a regular fork. Even if you have large pieces of banana left over, it’s okay, they will add texture to the cake.
STEP 5

Add bananas to the dough. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 6

Add the eggs into the dough one at a time, mixing the mixture well after each with a whisk.
STEP 7

Sift the flour and mix with baking powder, then add it to the dough in parts. Knead the dough until smooth. It will turn out thick, but fluid.
STEP 8

Pour the dough into a greased baking dish and place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 30-40 minutes. When the top layer of baked goods is slightly browned, check it for readiness: pierce it with a wooden skewer in several places; if the skewer comes out dry, then the pan can be removed from the oven. Cool the finished cake, remove from the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Banana cake is delicious when served warm. Bon appetit!
