Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt, and squeeze out the juice.
STEP 2
Fry the onion in a frying pan, add minced meat, salt and pepper, add tomato paste.
STEP 3
Cut the tomatoes into slices. Beat the eggs with sour cream and salt.
STEP 4
Grease the pan with oil, place half the zucchini, minced meat on top, then zucchini again. Place the tomatoes. Pour in the sour cream and egg mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese.
STEP 5
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Bon appetit!
