Baked turkey meatballs with carrots and rice

STEP 1

Let's prepare the products. Wash the turkey fillet and dry with paper towels.
STEP 2

Rinse the rice several times. Add water and cook until half cooked.
STEP 3

Cut onion, carrots, turkey fillet into small pieces
STEP 4

Pass meat and vegetables through a meat grinder. Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.
STEP 5

Add the egg, chopped herbs, rice, salt and pepper to taste, herbs and spices.
STEP 6

Grease the mold with olive or vegetable oil. Form meatballs with hands soaked in cold water. Place in a fireproof baking dish.
STEP 7

In a glass, mix sour cream, tomato paste and water - filling for meatballs.
STEP 8

Carefully pour over the meatballs. Place in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes. Check your ovens.
STEP 9
