Baked salmon with shrimp

STEP 1
How to bake salmon with shrimp? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Salmon can be taken as steaks or boneless fillets. Besides salmon, any other red fish is suitable. Choose any shrimp. I have a mix of large and medium. You will need cream with a fat content of at least 20%. Remember, the fattier the cream, the higher the calorie content of the dish in the end.
STEP 2
Thaw the shrimp first. Read about all the intricacies of proper defrosting in a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. Peel the shrimp from the shell and remove the heads. I had different shrimp: large ones were already peeled, but medium ones had to be completely peeled. In order not to waste time peeling shrimp, it is better to buy already peeled ones. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.
STEP 3
Wash the fish and dry it. If you have a whole carcass, then clean it of scales and remove the fins. Cut the fish into steaks or, if you have fillets, cut into portions. STEP 4
Place prepared shrimp on top of the salmon.
STEP 5
Fill everything with cream.
STEP 6
