Baked pig ears on the festive table

STEP 1

Pig ears need to be thoroughly rinsed, cleaned and soaked in water for several hours, then peeled and rinsed thoroughly again.

Let the pork ears cook over medium heat, with the lid closed, for one hour, adding salt.
STEP 3

We start preparing the sauce and put the ketchup in a bowl.
STEP 4

Add an equal amount of mayonnaise to ketchup. You will find recipes for homemade mayonnaise at the end of this recipe.
STEP 5

Squeeze and add two cloves of garlic and 0.5 teaspoon. mustard.
STEP 6

Mix well and thoroughly, add black pepper to taste.
STEP 7

Lubricate one of the ears with vegetable oil.
STEP 8
