Baked crucian carp in kefir in the oven

STEP 1

How to bake crucian carp in the oven in kefir? Prepare the products according to the list. You can take kefir of any fat content to suit your taste, but I recommend thicker ones. Take freshly squeezed lemon juice. Each fish I have weighs about 500 grams.
STEP 2

Clean the fish, gut it, wash it thoroughly and dry it with paper towels.
STEP 3

Salt, pepper or sprinkle the crucian carp with spices. You can use special dry mixtures for fish dishes for this. Peel the onions, wash them, dry them and cut them into thick half rings.
STEP 4

Pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom of a baking tray and place a layer of chopped onion.
STEP 5

Place the crucian carp on top of the onion like a soldier.
STEP 6

Brush the top of the fish generously with kefir.
STEP 7

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. And bake the crucian carp for about 40 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the size of the fish and the features of your oven.
STEP 8

Serve the crucian carp baked in kefir hot right away, sprinkled with fresh chopped herbs.
