STEP 1

First, cut the chili peppers lengthwise. Remove the seeds and partitions, then carefully cut into small strips (even smaller ones are possible).

Finely chop the onion and celery. Remember that we are making a sauce, so everything should be chopped finely and very finely.
STEP 3

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel and also cut into small cubes.
STEP 4

Then grind it all with pepper

Divide the avocado into four parts and remove the pit. Using a spoon, scoop out all the pulp from the avocado pieces and mash it with a fork so that small pieces remain.
STEP 6

Place chopped tomatoes, peppers, onions and celery in one bowl and crush thoroughly using a pestle. Add salt. Combine with the main vegetable mass, add salt to taste and pour in lime juice.
