STEP 1

Let's prepare the simplest products. Immediately turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl. A pinch of salt and lightly whisk.
STEP 3

Now add sugar and beat everything well with a mixer or whisk.
STEP 4

It is necessary for the mass to increase 3-4 times.
STEP 5

Flour must be mixed with baking powder and sifted.
STEP 6

Gradually add flour to our sugar-egg mixture and gently mix in with a spatula. Bottom-up movements. Mix in all the flour this way.
STEP 7

We take the form in which we will bake the cake. It could be silicone, ceramic, glass, Tiflon... Whatever you like. I have a round ceramic mold with a diameter of 26 centimeters. It needs to be lightly greased with butter and sprinkled with flour - we make the so-called “French shirt”. If you have a silicone mold, you do not need to lubricate it with anything.
STEP 8

Carefully pour the dough into the mold. Remove the pits from washed and dry apricots and cut them into small segments. We place the slices on top in a spiral - it will be beautiful. Place the pie in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes. But it’s better to keep an eye on the pie, everyone’s oven bakes differently. You can try the preparedness “on a dry splinter”. That is, a splinter or a toothpick should come out dry from the finished pie.
STEP 9

Here is the finished pie! The aroma is simply amazing! Let it cool a little and transfer to a nice large platter!
STEP 10

This pie can be prepared with apricots, peaches, plums... Whatever you like.
