  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a red fish and cheese appetizer? Prepare your ingredients. Curd cheese can have additives, choose it to your taste. I have it with greens. We need red fish in the form of fillet plates, completely without bones. Some packages leave bones behind, so remove them from the fish.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes. If you wish, you can peel them, especially if they are hard. Instead of pickled cucumbers, you can use pickled cucumbers.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Transfer the cream cheese to a salad bowl. Add chopped cucumbers to it. Mix well. If you have regular cottage cheese without additives, you can add chopped dill to it.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place cling film on the table and overlap the red fish slices on it. It is necessary that the fish “strip” is uniform and has no gaps.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Carefully spread the cheese filling on top, spreading it with a knife, spoon or fork. Try not to get the filling into the very edges of the fish.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place sprigs of curly parsley on top of the cheese (you can replace it with regular parsley).

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Now, carefully tucking the fish slices using film, roll the fillet with the filling into a roll. Due to the viscous cheese, this is easy to do. Wrap the film tightly around the roll, giving it a nice shape. Place the roll in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Cut the finished red fish roll with curd cheese into slices and serve directly to the table. Additionally, portioned pieces can be decorated with sprigs of fresh herbs.

A bright, impressive and very tasty dish: an appetizer of red fish and curd cheese! I cut the fish (I used trout fillet) into thin slices. Finely chopped the pickled cucumber and added it to the curd cheese, stirring. I placed the fish overlapping on cling film. Topped with cottage cheese and cucumber. Using cling film, carefully roll the fish and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then I cut it into portions, placed it on a serving plate and garnished with parsley. Thanks to the author for the wonderful recipe and I advise you to try it 😊😘
