The roll brought together three tastes: creamy, caviar, and a hint of olives. The combination of flavors of soft cream cheese and salty, tart herring caviar is perfect for snacking on strong alcohol - vodka or unsweetened liqueurs - with lavash rolls.

Grease lavash with cheese. I like to use "Amber" and "Friendship", sold in plastic tubs
STEP 2
Thinly spread the caviar onto the cheese. Sprinkle thinly sliced olives on top
STEP 3
Carefully roll the roll crosswise. Without stretching the lavash cloth, to avoid tears
STEP 4
You can cut it right away and to do this you need to take a very sharp knife with a thin blade. If the knife is dull, it will squeeze out the contents of the snack, which will ruin the appearance.
