Since childhood, the kitchen has been a special place for me. Dad prepared aromatic borscht, grandmother baked crispy pies, and I, watching in fascination, tried to repeat their skills. These moments became the basis of my love for cooking. Influenced by different cultures, I studied traditions and recipes, drawing inspiration from different parts of the world. I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Food Service Management at Johnson & Wales University.
