STEP 1
How to bake pork in a baking bag in the oven? Very simple. You need the simplest ingredients that everyone has on hand: meat, garlic, salt and pepper and a little vegetable oil. If you wish, you can add your own ingredients and spices to taste, for example, add suneli hops or a ready-made spice mixture for pork. You can use meat from any part of the carcass. The main thing is that it is boneless pulp. Ham, neck, carbonate, etc. will do.
STEP 2
Peel the garlic. Cut large cloves in half lengthwise to make petals.
STEP 3
Wash the pork and dry it with paper towels. Make deep punctures in the meat along the entire surface with a knife.
STEP 4
Salt and pepper the meat. Using a brush, brush the entire surface of the piece with vegetable oil, making sure that the oil gets into the cuts.
STEP 5
Stuff the pork with garlic. Leave the meat to marinate for 1-2 hours. If you marinate for no longer than an hour, you can leave it at room temperature (provided that the apartment is not very hot), if longer, it is better to put it in the refrigerator.
STEP 6
Place the meat in a baking bag and brush with the remaining vegetable oil in the bowl. Tighten the bag with a special clip. Instead of a baking bag, you can use a baking sleeve, it is made of the same material, you just need to cut a piece of the required length from the whole roll and tighten it with clips on both sides.
STEP 7
Transfer the pork in the bag onto a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 1.5 hours. The exact baking time depends on your oven. The main thing is that the package maintains its integrity and does not break, because then the meat will quickly begin to lose moisture, and with it its juiciness.
STEP 8
Transfer the finished meat to a dish, cut into slices and serve, garnished with lettuce and cherry tomatoes. The next day, cold pork is no less tasty, it can be used for sandwiches and sandwiches. Bon appetit!
