American pancakes with milk

- STEP 1- Ingredients. 
- STEP 2- So, we take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to warm up to room temperature and is pliable. 
- STEP 3- Pour milk into a large, deep bowl. 
- STEP 4- Pour flour there. 
- STEP 5- And while kneading, add eggs and butter. 
- STEP 6- Don’t forget to add slaked soda and starch diluted with sour cream (so that the pancakes are airy and bubbly)! 
- STEP 7- Stir very thoroughly. 
- STEP 8- There should not be a single lump in the dough. It is ideal to use a blender. 
- STEP 9- The dough for American pancakes should not be liquid, but rather reminiscent of sour cream. 
- STEP 10- Now let's fry. Grease the frying pan ONCE (without adding it during the frying process) with butter and heat it well. Take the dough with a tablespoon and pour it slowly, so you get perfectly round pancakes. 
- STEP 11- Fry on both sides for 3 minutes.
