Place a quarter of the whipped egg whites in the form of small cookies on a baking sheet.

Add chopped peanuts to the remaining whites.

We also put the whites and nuts in the form of small cookies.

Dry the meringue in the oven at 110 C for 1 hour (or longer, the main thing is that the meringue is completely dry).

Ingredients for cream.

Beat the butter. Add condensed milk in small portions, whisking thoroughly.
STEP 10

Add vanilla tincture.
STEP 11

Grind the meringue with nuts to medium-sized crumbs.
STEP 12

Add the crumbs to the cream and mix thoroughly.
STEP 13

From the resulting mass we form balls (12-15 pcs.). Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 14

Grind the white meringue into fine crumbs. Roll the balls in it.
STEP 15

Ready. Can be served immediately. Store in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
