I really like the recipe)) I will definitely prepare such goodies for the New Year)) I immediately liked the cake, from afar it reminded me of Raffaello, but when I looked closer, I recognized my favorite meringue. I’ve simply loved meringue since childhood, I buy it often, but my family often gets bored with it.. Now I’ll try to diversify their menu with this recipe))) I like that it’s very simple to prepare, no special ingredients are needed. I haven’t tried to cook it myself.. I hope there won’t be any problems with the cream.. I really want to try meringue in combination with peanuts and condensed milk, I’m sure the kids will definitely like it))

Everything worked out! With a bang, extraordinary sweetness! There were 5 proteins - respectively 220 grams of demerara sugar, 80 grams of butter, 80 grams of condensed milk, 100 grams of peanuts. The meringue took almost 2 hours to dry.
