Adjika tomatoes, peppers, apples
Universal adjika for the winter from available products. Adjika with apples and tomatoes should be prepared from seasonal vegetables and apples, filled with sun and natural flavors. The degree of spiciness can be adjusted by the amount of hot pepper. You can not put it in at all, but “modify” the adjika after opening the jar with the help of dry ground pepper, Tabasco,...

STEP 1
Prepare the indicated products. Wash the tomatoes and apples, peel the carrots, peppers and garlic.
STEP 2
Place finely chopped apples (without cores) and carrots into a large saucepan. It is very convenient and quick to grind a large volume of food in a food processor.
STEP 3
Add the tomatoes, crushed into puree, after removing their stems and spoiled areas.
STEP 4
Grind the sweet and hot capsicums into a puree and add to the pan. Place the prepared products on the fire and after boiling, cook over low heat for 1 hour under the lid.
STEP 5
Cool the adjika slightly and add chopped garlic, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and vinegar. Stir until smooth. Place in jars and screw, no sterilization required.

You can prepare adjika a little differently by adding horseradish root and hot capsicum.

I have been cooking adjika using the same recipe for many years. For this serving of vegetables I take one hot pepper. I always choose the meatiest and sweetest tomatoes. In winter, it’s very tasty to open a jar of adjika, put the spicy snack on fresh bread and enjoy the taste of juicy summer while it’s frosty and windy outside. My husband loves this adjika with baked meat and chops. And I’m just with Borodino bread) This is an excellent recipe, I recommend it to everyone.

Thanks for the recipe Adjika tomatoes, peppers, apples!!! Delicious! My grandmother prepared the same adjika as a child. The taste is spicy-sour-sweet, the smell of garlic and tomato is simply wonderful. I added more sugar than in the recipe, but this is a matter of taste. Granny took the apples instead of Antonovka. And after adding salt and sugar....cook for another 20 minutes, stirring. I recommend the recipe. Smachnogo
