I really like accordion potatoes with bacon! Even just baked potatoes are delicious, and if you fill the accordion with different delicacies, it turns out even better! I baked two potatoes. I washed them thoroughly with a brush and then rinsed them with boiled water. I cut it carefully with a thin knife. For convenience, you can use a tablespoon or two wooden sticks. My bacon is raw smoked. It soaked the potatoes with its juices and salt, so there is no need for additional salt. The tomato gives juiciness to this delicious “accordion”. I baked the potatoes for an hour at 180°C and for 5-7 minutes under the grill to get a golden brown crust. This is an incredibly tasty dish! Nourishing, juicy, aromatic! For cheese lovers, you can add slices between the slices, it will be even tastier.
