The washed tomatoes are placed in jars and poured with boiling water for 15 minutes. During this time, boiling water, paste and spices are mixed separately. All this should boil for about four minutes. The water is drained from the jar and the filling is poured in instead. Everything is immediately rolled up with lids. The proportions are simple: 2 kg of tomatoes, 2 liters of water, half a liter of pasta, 250 grams of sugar, 2 tbsp. salt.
