I prepared caviar from finger-licking green tomatoes for the winter using this recipe. I didn't expect such a great result. We opened the jar and devoured it with black bread. Amazingly delicious! Preparing such caviar is very simple. I twisted everything in a meat grinder, added spices and cooked it. I put them in jars and rolled them up. The taste of caviar is very rich, it has a beautiful color and a wonderful aroma. One of the best green tomato preparations. It’s especially disappointing when green tomatoes just fall to the ground and need to be rescued. This is ideal. Many thanks to the author for the idea!
