STEP 1
How to make finger-licking green tomato caviar for the winter? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Choose unscented vegetable oil.
STEP 2
Wash the green tomatoes, cut out the places where the stalks attach, and cut into slices.
STEP 3
Then grind the green tomatoes using a blender or meat grinder.
STEP 4
Choose a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in vegetable oil, add tomato puree, and place on the fire. Cook for 15 minutes from the moment it boils.

Peel the carrots, garlic and onions and cut them into large pieces so that they fit into the hole in your meat grinder.
