Puff pastry for pie is sold in almost any store. This greatly simplifies the preparation of dishes using it. But if you have any doubts about the quality of such a product, you can make it yourself and store it in the freezer for when time is at a premium. Choose between unleavened and yeast dough.
Among the huge number of layer cake recipes, you can always choose the one that your heart is most inclined to at the moment. There are countless fillings for them, they are all different. Some are juicy, rich (for example, halves of fresh cherries), others are dry (walnuts ground in a meat grinder with sugar). There are unsweetened ones, for snack pies.
