It becomes dense, acquires an interesting brownish tint and does not drain from the cakes. It is important to remove it from the heat in time so that the contents do not boil and the container remains intact. Condensed milk is mixed with butter, aromatic spices are added: vanilla, cinnamon, cloves. Beat all components with a mixer until beautiful curly clots form and apply to the prepared flour base. Granulated sugar is not required in the recipe - the base of the cream already has a rich sweet taste. The impregnation is suitable for greasing cakes made from any dough: shortbread, sponge cake, puff pastry, sour cream or honey.
