I tried this cream with ready-made sponge cakes (400 g). I bought cream 33% 250 gr. Shot down. I recalculated the recipe. It took 166 gr. boiled condensed milk. I had enough for 3 24cm cakes. The taste is amazing, creamy. Somewhat reminiscent of Napoleon cream. Thanks to Yulia for the wonderful recipe.
