Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Products for making cream. If you really like coconut, you can add more shavings, up to 50 g.
STEP 2

Place the butter in a porcelain bowl and melt in a water bath.
STEP 3

Break the white chocolate bar into small pieces.
STEP 4

Add chocolate to butter and melt until smooth.
STEP 5

Remove the bowl from the water bath and add condensed milk. Stir with a spoon.
STEP 6

Add coconut flakes and continue stirring in one direction. Stir until a thick, milky-white homogeneous mass is obtained. This process took me about 20 minutes.
STEP 7

Cool the finished Raffaello cream.
STEP 8

You can fill them with baskets and eclairs. You can put it in a bowl, sprinkle with grated chocolate and eat it as a dessert.

The result is excellent. Delicate, noble and thick Raffaello cream. I think it could be used to frost cake layers or fill a pastry. But I like to put it in a bowl and savor it with coffee for a long time.
