I found this recipe by accident. A can of condensed milk and lemon dessert - I doubted it would work out. I have half a can of condensed milk left in the refrigerator, I was preparing the cream. I didn’t know where to locate the remaining condensed milk. And here is such an interesting dessert. I decided to experiment. There is almost always lemon) I squeezed lemon juice through a strainer and combined it with condensed milk. Beat with a mixer for exactly 10 minutes as described in the recipe. Yes, the mass began to turn white, but after 5 minutes it was liquid. But after another 5 minutes it really thickened. Very interesting! I spooned the mixture into bowls and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Decorated the dessert with sesame seeds. It's amazingly delicious! And the cookies were of no use. They even licked the ice cream bowls! Incredible, but it's a fact. The dessert is amazing and so simple, and with only two ingredients. Chic!!!
