Cream of curd cheese and condensed milk for cake

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make cream from curd cheese and condensed milk for a cake? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance and leave at room temperature until it becomes soft. To make the process go faster, cut the butter into pieces. Curd cheese for cream must have a fat content of at least 60%. Choose condensed milk from a trusted manufacturer. There should be nothing superfluous in the taste.
STEP 2

Place soft butter in a bowl and beat it with a mixer for 2-4 minutes. The whipped butter will become fluffier and lighter in color.
STEP 3

Place the cream cheese in another bowl and add condensed milk. Mix. Before whipping, I keep the condensed milk and cheese at room temperature for a little while so that they become softer. If you use a powerful mixer, you can take the ingredients straight from the refrigerator. I have a mixer from an immersion blender and it’s a little hard for it to beat solid products.
STEP 4

The mixture of cheese and condensed milk will become homogeneous. Condensed milk mixes well into cheese. At first, the cheese seems to form lumps, but as you whisk, they separate.
STEP 5

Add the whipped butter to the mixture and stir it in.
STEP 6

The cream made from curd cheese, butter and condensed milk is quite thick. It can be used to layer sponge cake layers or to level the outer surface of a cake. You can also use it to make caps for cupcakes or decorate cakes with it.
STEP 7

Cook with pleasure!
