Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cottage cheese and condensed milk should be at room temperature. It is better to choose cottage cheese that is not very dry, but not very wet either. The butter also needs to be at room temperature, but be sure to make sure that it does not melt too much, but is simply soft.
STEP 2
Mix cottage cheese, condensed milk and sugar in a deep bowl. Blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth and there are no lumps.
STEP 3
In a separate bowl, beat the butter with a mixer at low speed until it lightens and increases slightly in volume. Then you can increase the mixer speed and beat for another minute.
STEP 4
Mix the cheese mixture and whipped butter in one bowl with a spoon, whisk or spatula. But not with a mixer. Place the cream in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes so that it becomes manageable and easier to work with.
STEP 5
You can decorate cakes or cupcakes with cream. Bon appetit!
