Airy cake cream is just a godsend! It really turned out airy and very tasty! It holds its shape well, produces stable peaks, and nothing falls apart. And the set of products included in the composition is simple and affordable. I used homemade fat cottage cheese. I think it is the most suitable for such a cream - it is not sour and blends well into a homogeneous mass with a blender (see the first photo). I will definitely use this recipe in the future!
