STEP 1
How to make curd cream with condensed milk for a cake? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to warm up and become soft. Take cottage cheese 9% or 5%. It should be crushed, without grain. You can buy powdered sugar ready-made or make it yourself by grinding the sugar in a coffee grinder.
STEP 2
Place soft cottage cheese in a deep bowl and pour condensed milk over it. Mix until smooth. You can use a mixer for this. If you want the cottage cheese more crushed, you can beat it with an immersion blender.
STEP 3
Place soft butter in another bowl and add powdered sugar to it. Mix to incorporate the powder into the butter, then beat for 2-4 minutes. As you beat, the butter will become fluffier and lighter in color.
STEP 4
The curd and butter mass, the two main components of the cream, are ready.
STEP 5
Add the curd mixture to the butter mixture and mix everything with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 6
The finished curd cream with butter and condensed milk turns out quite dense and thick. But it is not suitable for decorating desserts due to its heterogeneous structure. Use cream for layering cakes.
