STEP 1
How to bake zucchini with tomatoes and garlic in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose a young zucchini so that it has a soft skin and the seeds have not yet ripened. If the zucchini is small, then you can take 2 pieces. The quantity of ingredients is based on your taste. Also choose cheese at your discretion, the main thing is that it melts well in the oven.
STEP 2
Rinse the selected zucchini thoroughly in running water to remove contaminants. Cut off the tails on both sides. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick.
STEP 3
Heat the frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place the sliced zucchini slices and fry them over high heat on both sides for 1-2 minutes on each side. The zucchini will begin to brown a little.
STEP 4
Line a baking tray with parchment and place the fried zucchini. Sprinkle them a little with salt and spices. I use a mixture of ground peppers as a spice. But you can use something of your own, such as paprika or dried herbs.
STEP 5

Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.
STEP 7
Arrange the sliced tomato slices among the zucchini, choosing according to size. Squeeze the garlic onto each tomato through a press.
STEP 8
Grate the cheese and sprinkle all over the zucchini and tomatoes. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the tomatoes will become soft, the zucchini will have time to cook, and the cheese will melt on the surface. The times indicated are approximate, use your oven as a guide. STEP 9
Remove the finished zucchini and tomatoes from the oven, transfer to a plate and serve. You can sprinkle a little fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
