It’s very easy to cook zucchini tomatoes cheese garlic in the oven and it turns out to be a tasty and satisfying dinner. I cut the zucchini into discs 1 cm thick. This way, when frying, you get a golden brown crust and the zucchini does not fall apart. I fried it on a grill, which I greased with vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Immediately put the zucchini in a pan lined with parchment. On top there is mayonnaise with garlic, tomato and baked milk flavored cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C and 3 minutes under the top grill. I wanted the cheese to not only melt, but also toast. These vegetable towers are delicious! The zucchini managed to reach readiness, but did not become too soft, the tomato flared up, but remained juicy and slightly crunchy. Cheese and mayonnaise add nutrition to the dish, so you can add a salad of fresh vegetables to your plate and a full dinner is ready!
