STEP 1
This unusual combination surprises many with its taste. The taste and sourness of cherry plum gives ordinary zucchini a flavor reminiscent of pineapple. Even during the cooking process, when pouring syrup over cherry plums and zucchini, you can already smell the pineapple. To deepen the flavor range, various spices are used in this preparation. In addition to spices, you can add lemon zest; I will add cloves and dried mint leaves. The recipe is for 3 liter jars.
STEP 2
Prepare everything for canning - wash and sterilize the jars in a way convenient for you, boil the lids. Peel the zucchini and wash the cherry plum. Place cherry plum (300 grams in each jar) at the bottom of a clean jar.

Cut the peeled zucchini into slices or halves depending on their size. Add to the jars with cherry plum, fill the jars with boiling water up to the neck and let it warm up for 15 minutes.
