From early childhood, the kitchen was for me not just a place where food was prepared, but a real laboratory where the family gathered together. I remember my grandmother teaching me the secrets of her recipes and the two of us smiling as we created something magical. Inspiration was drawn from various cuisines around the world - from spicy curries to fine Italian pasta. My passion is to show that anyone can cook. I have a goal: to make cooking accessible, fun and, of course, family friendly. Every dish is a story that I want to tell you.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
