Asparagus with seafood in a slow cooker

Very tasty, easy to prepare, and most importantly incredibly healthy! The set of seafood in our dish is a real repository of all sorts of healthy elements. The seafood turns out very tender, aromatic, and it is important that the dish can even be served on a festive table!

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

We prepare seafood. If they were frozen, defrost them, wash everything well, clean and cut if necessary (for example, squid and rapana).

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

“Stew” program for 20-30 minutes and everything is ready.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place a small piece of butter in a bowl, add onion half rings and fry on the “fry” setting for 5 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

We add our asparagus straight from the freezer there - without defrosting and let it fry for another 5-7 minutes (with the lid closed).

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Next, add the prepared seafood to the asparagus and mix.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add salt/pepper to taste, I also added a little sesame seeds. Stir and leave to cook for another 5 minutes with the lid closed.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Next, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 clove of garlic, mix everything thoroughly. For those who like it spicy, you can use 2 cloves and a little finely chopped dill. Close the lid or 2-3 minutes on the same “frying” mode.
