  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make sausage in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary products according to the list. Instead of pork, you can take any meat and it will be no less tasty. If you have meat from the freezer, then you need to slightly defrost it in advance.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the meat and fresh lard into small pieces by hand with a sharp knife. To make lard cut better, place it in the freezer for a while. Slightly frozen lard (like meat) can be cut without much difficulty.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place the pork and lard in a deep container. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add ground pepper, garlic, salt and other spices as listed to the bowl. At this stage, add any seasonings to taste and pour in soy sauce. The sauce can be excluded from the list of ingredients, but in this case add a little more salt.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Mix everything thoroughly. Cover the bowl with cling film or a lid and place in the refrigerator for an hour or more. The longer the meat sits in the refrigerator, the better it marinates. While the pork is marinating, cover the intestines with cold water and leave for a couple of hours, then clean them well.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix the minced meat again and use a special attachment to stuff the intestines. The sausage can be any size you want. Do not fill the shell too tightly, otherwise it will burst during cooking. Make several punctures in the finished sausages with a clean needle or toothpick to release excess air.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour refined vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and place the sausage. Turn on the "Extinguishing" mode and leave for an hour. After a while, open the lid of the multicooker and check if the sausages are burning. If necessary, pour in 1-2 tbsp. water.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

At the end of cooking, turn on the “Fry” mode and fry the sausages on each side for 5-10 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Serve hot with fresh vegetables, salads and more.
