Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Pour the flakes into a frying pan and fry them lightly. Let cool
STEP 2
Combine with chopped peanuts (you can crush the nuts with a masher so that the pieces are medium in size).
STEP 3
Rinse the raisins with boiling water and dry. Add to the peanut mixture.
STEP 4
Now you need to add honey so that it “fastens” all the ingredients into a mass that can be formed by hand.
STEP 5
Leave the resulting mass open overnight so that it is saturated with honey and compacted. Form into balls and roll them in coconut flakes.
