  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to cook soup with smoked wings? Prepare all the necessary products. Cut the smoked chicken wings into three pieces along the joints, removing the ends.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place the wings in a saucepan, cover with cold water and place over medium heat. When the water boils and foam rises, drain all the water. You can rinse the pan at this stage so that it is clean, without any remaining foam on the walls. Rinse the wings under running water as well. After this, add fresh water in the same amount. Place the pan back on the heat and bring the contents to a boil.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

While the broth is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes in a way convenient for you. Peel the onion and cut into medium cubes. Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

When the broth boils, remove the wings and place the prepared potatoes in the pan. Salt the broth to taste, add spices (I use the “For Soup” mixture). Bring everything to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add more salt or a little seasoning if necessary.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the roast. Place the frying pan over medium heat, pour refined vegetable oil into it and heat it up. First add the onion to the pan and fry it for 3 minutes

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Grate the melted cheese on a coarse grater.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

10 minutes after boiling the broth with potatoes, put the roasted vegetables, wings and grated melted cheese into the pan. Cook over low heat with infrequent stirring until the cheese is completely dissolved. Turn off the heat and let the soup simmer. When serving, you can sprinkle the soup with chopped fresh herbs: green onions, dill or parsley. Bon appetit!
