I saw a recipe for “eggs stuffed with caviar” and I wanted to practice preparing a beautiful appetizer for the holiday. All the ingredients were just on hand. I just halved the amount of food using the site’s calculator, which is very convenient, since I was cooking for testing. I boiled the eggs hard and chopped the dill. I cut the cooled eggs in half and took out the yolks. Mixed the yolks with dill and mayonnaise, adding pepper. I stuffed the egg white halves and put red caviar on top. Elementary preparation of a chic snack. Very tasty, rich and incredibly beautiful. This appetizer will definitely decorate any holiday table. Next time I’ll add fried onions to the filling, I definitely won’t spoil it) Great recipe! Thanks to the author😊

I prepared eggs stuffed with caviar. I cut the boiled eggs in half, removed the yolk, mashed it with a spoon, adding mayonnaise and herbs. I stuffed the egg halves with the resulting mixture and placed caviar on top. Served on lettuce leaves. A bright, delicious appetizer! Delicate creamy yolk filling combined with salty, bursting eggs is amazingly delicious! Thanks for the recipe, Julia M!
