I cook similar caviar in a slow cooker - it’s very convenient! For a half-liter jar of caviar, add half a teaspoon of 9% vinegar immediately before rolling.

Zucchini-eggplant caviar for the winter, what could be more classic?! Everything ingenious is simple! This recipe confirms this catchphrase (and undeniable, mind you) phrase. There are a minimum of ingredients, but I won’t tell you the taste, try it yourself. I made the first jar for testing and ate it at dinner. Now I make it for the winter, and a lot. Thank you very much for the recipe!
