I liked the version of dietary zucchini. I’ve never made zucchini in a slow cooker, I’ve never even thought about it. I fried it the old fashioned way all the time) I cooked zucchini baked with cheese in a slow cooker very quickly. I prepared it exactly according to the recipe. Great recipe! No need to stand near the stove, and even in the heat. I chose young zucchini without seeds. Cut the zucchini lengthwise and in half into 5mm thick slices. Added garlic, dill, salt, pepper, Italian herbs. I put the zucchini in the slow cooker, adding oil. Sprinkled with grated cheese. I used gaisin cheese, it melts well and is very tasty. I cooked it in the Redmond multicooker in the “baking” mode for 20 minutes. Amazing! Cooking couldn't be easier with smart appliances. The zucchini came out stewed, the cheese melted, and the spices soaked the zucchini perfectly. Italian herbs added a stunning aroma! Incredible and very tasty!!! A wonderful summer snack! But what about the fantasy of “losing weight”? and we don’t want to offend ourselves by refusing something tasty, and we’re afraid to “go overboard” on calories. The brain of a “losing weight” person is not used to retreating!! We don’t pour oil into the container where we will fry, but simply add 2-3 grams of oil, mix it with spices and salt. That's a big "loss" of calories: 2-3 grams, that's not 10!!!! Next, why take 100 grams of cheese? This is a lot, it will slide off the circles, burn, and we don’t need unnecessary cholesterol. And I suggest reducing the cheese. Now I’ll save the recipe to my cookbook, play with the ingredients, and it’s done! A truly dietary dish, with my, only allowed, set of calories.
