Yushka with caraway seeds in Ukrainian
A real Ukrainian recipe for yushka. This dish will add variety to your lunch. I am sharing with you my national recipe for yushka. It's easy to prepare, turns out filling and tasty.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Wash the meat well and cut into small pieces
STEP 2
Cover them with cold water and cook until tender.
STEP 3
Chop the onion
STEP 4
Grind cumin in a mortar
STEP 5
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry a little over low heat.
STEP 6
Add flour and mix
STEP 7
Add onion and cumin to the meat broth
STEP 8
salt and bring everything to a boil. Cook for another 3 minutes. You can add sour cream and serve with croutons. Bon appetit!
