STEP 1

We prepare the plums for making delicious jam, cut them in half and remove the pits. Place the plums, cut side up, in a large bowl and add two kilograms of sugar, alternating layers.
STEP 2

Add juice from half a lemon to an enamel or stainless steel pan.
STEP 3

Add a sprig of bird cherry to the pan for flavor.
STEP 4

Place plums from a large bowl into the pan.
STEP 5

Pour the juice of the other half of the lemon over the plums and add a sprig of bird cherry.
STEP 6

Cover the pan with a lid and put the jam in the oven to cook for an hour and a half, which we turn on at one hundred and fifty degrees.
STEP 7

During the cooking process, stir the jam every half hour, then turn off the oven, let it stand for seven minutes with the door open and place the pan on the table.
STEP 8

Place the prepared aromatic amber jam while hot into well-washed and sterilized jars.
STEP 9

We close the jars with prepared three liters of delicious plum jam with sterile lids and store them at home.
