Yeast puff pastry buns with cinnamon and apples

STEP 1
How to bake buns from puff pastry? To prepare delicious flaky sweet buns, we prepare the necessary products.
STEP 2
Pour one hundred and fifty milliliters of milk and one hundred and fifty milliliters of warm boiled water into a measuring mug.
STEP 3
Pour three tablespoons of sugar into a mug.
STEP 4
Add twenty grams of fresh pressed yeast to the mug.
STEP 5
Place two heaped tablespoons of wheat flour into a mug.
STEP 6
Mix all the ingredients in a mug and set it aside for ten to fifteen minutes to activate the yeast.
STEP 7
Break one chicken egg into a large bowl.
STEP 8
Place fifty grams of butter in a bowl.
STEP 9
Add half a teaspoon of salt to the bowl, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar to taste, pour in the dough and mix well.

Sift five hundred grams of wheat flour into a bowl in parts.

Add one teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl and stir.

Continue kneading the dough in the bowl with your hands.

Place finely chopped apple petals on top of the flatbread and sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon.
