Now add yogurt. I use homemade natural yogurt, but you can also use store-bought yogurt that has been sitting in the refrigerator (for example, wild berries). Yogurt, as we know, is a perishable product, so if it is no longer suitable for food, then it will be ideal for dough. If there is not enough yogurt, add warm water or milk to the required amount of liquid. Instead of yogurt, you can take yogurt, kefir, whey or just milk and water 50:50

Dry yeast mix with flour

Now we combine the dry and liquid components

Butter should always be added to the dough last, which is what I do.

Using a spoon and then using your hands, knead the dough. You need to knead for 10-15 minutes, as they say, “until it stops sticking to your hands.” I usually trust this process to a bread maker, it helps me a lot with this!

Well kneaded dough is smooth, even and elastic

Now all he has to do is come within 1 hour. To do this, cover the dough with a towel and place it in a warm place.

In the meantime, let's get started with the filling. We will need fresh or frozen berries and sugar. Any berries will do: garden-grown or wild berries - in any case it will be very tasty! Berries need to be washed

Place the pies on baking parchment greased with a little vegetable oil

To grease the pies, lightly beat the egg. Some people add 1-2 tablespoons of water, I don’t do this

Brush the pies with egg and they will take on a beautiful shiny golden appearance when baked.

Place in the oven to prove for about 15 minutes at minimum temperature. During this time the pies will rise well

Then bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. Baking time depends on your oven. Today I have an electric oven, top and bottom, and it only took me 25 minutes to bake.

Lightly sprinkle the finished pies with some water, cover with a towel and let cool. The aroma is simply magnificent!
