Yeast-free apple pies in the oven with prunes

STEP 1

From this recipe you will learn how to bake yeast-free pies in the oven using kefir with apples and other fillings. We take products according to the list.
STEP 2

Prepare the dough. We extinguish the soda in kefir, add salt, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil and mix well.
STEP 3

Add sifted flour and knead soft dough. We form a bun, wrap it in cling film and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes. After about 20 minutes, turn on the oven and preheat it to a temperature of 180 degrees, so that it has time to warm up by the time we place the pies in it.
STEP 4

We make pies from the dough with any filling, I made two types. The first filling is apples with prunes and nuts. Grate the apples and boil in the microwave until soft (we do this so that they do not lose their color).
STEP 5

Scald pitted prunes with boiling water, chop and add to apples. Add chopped nuts there. Mix everything. The second filling is sauerkraut with fried onions. Fry chopped onion in a frying pan, add sauerkraut and fry everything together for a few minutes while stirring.
STEP 6

Knead the risen dough, divide it into equal pieces with a knife (or simply pinch it off with your hands), flatten it into flat cakes with your hands, place a small amount of filling in the middle and carefully seal the edges. I made pies of different shapes so as not to get confused in the filling: I made triangular ones with apples, and oval ones with cabbage.
STEP 7

Place the pies on an oiled baking sheet, brush with egg white, sprinkle with chopped nuts and place in the oven.
STEP 8

Bake the pies for 30 minutes and bake the next batch.
STEP 9

That's it, our pies are ready - cheap and cheerful, and, most importantly, very tasty, aromatic and appetizing!
