STEP 1

How to cook wild duck shulum soup? Prepare the products according to the list. Before preparing the soup, cut the duck into medium portions and cook for half an hour, periodically removing the foam. Wash the vegetables and herbs and dry with napkins.
STEP 2

Peel the carrots and cut into large pieces. Peel the onion.
STEP 3

Add chopped carrots and peeled onions to the boiling broth for the duck. Add bay leaf and spices there: basil, celery root and black pepper.

About an hour after the broth starts boiling, add chopped bell peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, and hot peppers to the soup. Cover with a lid and leave to steep for twenty minutes.
STEP 9

After twenty minutes, add chopped herbs to the soup and leave to simmer without heat for another half hour. After this time, the dish will be ready!
