I was interested in the recipe for wild duck shulum. I had a duck soup set (400 g) and used it for the broth. Instead of bell pepper, I took regular ground pepper and cut it into rings. I had yellow tomatoes and a few more cherry tomatoes. I added dill from the greens. I cooked shulum in 2 liters of water. The soup turned out rich, with a rich and bright taste. It was an excellent first course. My daughter even asked for more. Thank you very much for the recipe!

Not long ago my husband went hunting and brought back a couple of wild ducks. It was decided to fry one of them, and from the other to cook soup according to this recipe. If you also want to surprise your family and friends with a similar dish, I recommend this recipe. Thanks to the author.
