Whole potato in a sleeve in the oven

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare the indicated products. We will bake the potatoes in the sleeve. Baked new potatoes taste better. But when this vegetable is not in season, you can also prepare potatoes from stock using this recipe. Salt to taste, fresh dill and garlic for flavor. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
STEP 2
Peel young potatoes from any remaining soil and rinse under running water. You can bake young potatoes in their skins, which are thin, or you can peel them by scraping them with a knife or a wire brush. Rinse again and dry to remove excess moisture.
STEP 3
Wash fresh dill, dry and finely chop. Add chopped dill to the peeled potatoes. If desired, you can use any herbs to your taste: thyme, rosemary.
STEP 4
Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a press, add to the potatoes with dill. Add salt to taste. You can add ground black pepper or other spices to taste. Pour in the vegetable oil and stir the potatoes evenly so that the dressing completely covers all the potatoes.
STEP 5
Place the prepared potatoes with dressing in a baking sleeve. Tie the sleeve or pin it with clips. Stir the potatoes inside the bag again. Place the bag on a baking sheet or baking dish. Pierce the sleeve with a toothpick in several places to release steam. Place the potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes. Check the readiness of the potatoes with a toothpick or skewer.
STEP 6
Potatoes baked whole in a sleeve, served hot. This is a universal side dish that goes perfectly with meat, fish, and just a vegetable salad or lightly salted cucumbers.
